Return Policy
We do not accept returns or issue any credit on merchandise that has been opened, misused, mishandled and/or partially used. This also includes opening the plastic cellophane wrapping. Any returned merchandise received in our warehouse without a proper authorization by Eddie’s Perfume, Inc. is not eligible for refund or credit and may be discarded. Return request must be submitted to Eddie’s Perfume, Inc. within 3 business days of delivery of the shipment. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee if error in the purchase or shipment was not attributed to Eddie’s Perfume, Inc. If the purchaser wishes to return an item, which was unused and unopened, he or she is responsible for the shipping cost for the return. All credits and refunds are subject to approval by Eddie’s Perfume, Inc. If a return is authorized, please retain all postal and insurance receipts for your records. Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Eddie’s Perfume, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
